GBF’s Founder Dr Ndidi was recently selected as one of the top 30 women for her work during her time as Group Chief, Sustainability & Governance of the Dangote Group. This was presented at the recently conducted Afrika-cem Sustainability awards

Dr Ndidi Nnoli-Edozien served as the Group Chief Sustainability Officer from March 2017 till June 2020. Under her leadership, the Sustainability and Governance function at Dangote Industries Limited was created and Dangote Cement Plc published its first globally benchmarked Sustainability Report.

Her mandate at Dangote, extended by Aliko Dangote, was to lead the effort to integrate Sustainability Thinking, Doing and Reporting across the Group, which she achieved by building a Sustainability Culture anchored in people (800 Sustainability Champions across 10 African countries) and values, anchored in her SevenPillars Methodology.
